About LRE Cleaning Service LLC Based in Chaffee, MO

Licensed, Insured, and Locally Owned — Based in Chaffee and serving Southeast Missouri Since 1993

LRE Cleaning Service LLC — known locally as The Cleaning Crew — is a licensed and insured commercial and residential cleaning company serving Chaffee, Cape Girardeau, and the surrounding communities of Southeast Missouri. The business was established over 25 years ago and has been under current ownership since 2018, when the current owner purchased it from the founder.

One thing that shapes how every job is handled: no flat rates based on square footage alone. Every job is assessed in person before a quote is provided, because conditions, frequency, and scope vary too much from one property to the next. That approach means pricing is built around what your space actually needs — not an estimate made from a number on a form.

This matters whether you're scheduling recurring office cleaning, a post-construction cleanup, or a move-out clean on a tight timeline. When both sides understand exactly what the work involves before it starts, there are fewer surprises and a clearer picture of what you're getting.

Contact The Cleaning Crew to schedule your in-person assessment and get pricing built around your actual space.

A Business Built on Real Work — Not Square Footage Estimates

The business has roots that go back over 25 years in this region. The current owner purchased it from her aunt, who founded it, and has continued building on that foundation while rebranding locally as The Cleaning Crew. The legal name — LRE Cleaning Service LLC — stayed in place, and so did the commitment to doing the work the right way.

Chaffee sits in a part of Missouri where Cape Girardeau serves as the regional hub for businesses and services across the area. The Cleaning Crew serves clients throughout this corridor — including Chaffee, Jackson, Scott City, and Cape Girardeau — understanding that residents and business owners in these communities are often operating across multiple locations in the region.

One structural detail worth knowing: all staff are W2 employees, not 1099 contractors. That distinction affects accountability, consistency, and the level of oversight that goes into every job. When you book a cleaning, the people showing up are employees of LRE Cleaning Service LLC — not independent contractors sourced through a third party.

We serve homeowners, business owners, property managers, and facilities teams throughout Chaffee and the broader Southeast Missouri area, including clients in Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Scott City, and Chaffee.

What to Expect When You Work with The Cleaning Crew

The process starts before any cleaning does. An in-person walkthrough lets the team assess the actual conditions of your space — whether it's a car dealership showroom, a bank branch, a vacation rental between guests, or a home that needs a deep clean. From there, pricing is structured around frequency, scope, and what the job genuinely requires. You'll know what you're paying for and why before anything is scheduled.

Whether you need recurring commercial cleaning or a one-time residential service, The Cleaning Crew builds pricing around your actual space and conditions — not assumptions. Reach out through the contact form to tell us about your space and we'll work with your schedule to set up a walkthrough.
